Self-Service Public Profile Management for Adobe Developers
Self-service editing is now available on public profiles in the Developer Distribution for developers listing on the Adobe Exchange marketplace and for Adobe Express add-on developers
This article is for you if you publish plugins, integrations, applications, or solutions on the Adobe Exchange Marketplace, or public add-ons for Adobe Express.
Publishers can now take full control of their public profiles. Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, and Experience Cloud developers no longer need to email support for profile updates. With the new self-service workflow, you can sign in to Developer Distribution — this applies to Adobe Express developers as well — update your public profile and EU-DSA trader details, and submit changes for review.
Each update undergoes a brief review process to ensure compliance with Adobe's brand guidelines. Once approved, your updated profile will automatically appear on Adobe Exchange, in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, or in the Adobe Express marketplace, so you can stay accurate, compliant, and discoverable faster and more easily.
If you haven't published anything yet, you can create a profile in the Developer Distribution section. You can also recall and resubmit your profile for review there if you want to edit it before submitting a plugin, listing, or add-on for the first time.
⭐️ Why this matters
- Faster updates: Edit your public profile anytime — no more waiting weeks for support tickets.
- Compliance made easy: Trader details can be updated seamlessly to meet EU-DSA requirements. Reminder: As long as you don't share your trader information, your add-ons, plugins, and other listings won't be available to users in any European Union country. This is true even if your listings are free of charge.
🎖️ Key highlights
- Self-service profile editing: Update profile fields and logos directly from Developer Distribution.
- Improved review process: The Adobe review team can follow a standardized review process with trackable intake, faster reviews, and clear audit trails.
- EU-DSA trader details compliance: Opt in to share your trader information and make your listings available in the EU at any time. You have the flexibility to update your public details more frequently and without delay. Note that this information will be publicly available on request.
